Liz has worked as a Buyers Agent for over 7 years.

Prior to working as a ‘Buyers Agent,’ Liz worked for the ‘dark side’ (as she calls It.) as a selling agent. This is where she saw first hand that buyers needed someone on their side, to look after them and protect them.

Liz loves what she does and enjoys helping people achieve their goals.
Past clients have been extremely pleased with the level of service they received from Liz. A good example of this is when most other buyers agents turn their emails and phones off for the weekend when they leave the office on a Friday afternoon, and probably do not even check them again until Monday morning when they are back at the office, you can always reach Liz - anytime of the day or night.
Liz even took her computer and phone with her on her honeymoon, negotiated on properties for her clients, and managed to get a property under contract.

This is the level of dedication all of her clients receive, no matter what their budgets are!
In an age where specialisation is becoming the norm, just as everyone has their

Zoran Solano is one of Hot Property Specialists younger Buyers Agents and has been a part of the team since completing his schooling in 2008 at 'Churchie’. (Anglican Church Grammar School in Brisbane) Whilst attending Churchie he completed several courses at Sarina Russo Schools Australia such as a Certificate 2 in Business. Zoran also attended property seminars and Auctions in his spare time, and after all of this, found the time to work part time at a well know Brisbane restaurant.

He completed his sales certificate with REIQ Gold Coast in March 2009 were he excelled and in February 2010 completed his Full Licensee course.
He maybe be young but his passion for property shines through, he understands to be the best you must start at the bottom to learn every aspect of your chosen career. He has elected not to sell Real Estate selling agent but to become a Buyers Agent.
