Dear Liz, We would like to thank you for once again working with us; you have been a wealth of knowledge and create such awesome value. We first worked with Liz when we lived in the UK. We needed some expert advice given our knowledge of Brisbane housing market had lapsed in the years we had been away. Liz's value is provided not only in her awesome negotiating capability therefore saving us a lot of money (I'd never want to be on the other end of the negotiating table) but her desire to educate us regarding the market, the good the bad and the ugly. This includes asking the right questions of seller’s agents and pointing us in the right direction during contracting and referring us to solid legal advice which is so important to get right. We have been utilising Liz Wilcox as a property buying agent since 2007 and have successfully purchased both investment and residential property with her guidance. Dear Hot property Specialists Buyers Agency, We have written this below for anyone whom maybe considering using a Buyers Agent. Although we own property in Sydney including a rental unit, we live in the United States and had no experience of buying property in Queensland or of holiday letting. After our first visit to Noosa in mid-2010, we liked it so much we decided to buy a unit in Noosa Heads. An acquaintance, a Queensland resident, urged us not to consider buying property without the help of a Buyer’s Agent - a concept of which we were quite unaware. Through an internet search, we found and checked out Hot Property Specialists Buyers Agency and retaining Liz’s services which has turned out to be the best decision we could have possibly made. Negotiations on a property that we had seen during our Noosa visit fell though despite Liz’s best efforts (sellers wanted too much for the property and Liz advised us to walk away). Over the next several weeks, Liz fully understanding what we were looking for checked out other properties and came back to us with “the best penthouse of its type” in Noosa, matching everything we had been looking for. Liz took the lead on our behalf through the successful negotiation, contract process and pre-purchase inspections and the deal was done without us ever having met Liz or even seeing the property other than photos - all done over the phone and by email.
