Thank you Hot Property Specialists for find us our new depot! We would never have considered this property, unless we working with you as we could not see its potential. You negotiated a fantastic deal for us and I still do not know how you got the owner to agree to paint the building and even for him to fix the driveway - a total of $15,000 that we did not have to pay for. The owner’s real estate agent definitely would not have done this for us!
