We are truly independent, but what does that mean to you?

Hot Property Specialists Buyers Agents does not receive any kickbacks or commissions from Selling Agents, developers, insurance or property management companies. Nor do we own, have a vested interest in, or receive kickbacks from Finance Companies – That is why we are called 'The Specialists' because Hot Property Specialists only specialize in one field and one field only, representing buyers as their Buyers Agent - We live and breathe buying property and only property. Our number one focus is always you, the BUYER! and therefore you can be assured we only have your best interests at heart at all times!

Minimum Costs and Maximum Flexibility

Because of the nature of our business, we don’t need a flash office in the city (which ultimately you, the client, is paying for anyway). We choose to minimise our overheads and pass the savings on to our clients!

Anyone can rent a flash office in the city but our office is in our cars, and because we spend so much time on the road, looking at properties and assessing the opportunities available, a flash office would only tie us down. The benefit to you is that we are mobile and we come to meet you. We are available after work or on the weekends to meet at a location that suits you and we are available to meet anytime, 24/7, not just business hours. 

Also, because its our own business - you are dealing directly with the owners and directors of the company, therefore we 'Care'. We care that you are happy and want you to be 100% satisfied with the service you receive from us. We also know that when you are busy in your everyday jobs, you dont often have time to discuss things in business hours - therefore we're available on weekends and after hours. We dont clock off at 5pm and clock back on at 9 am - don't be surprised to get emails from us at 10 o'clock at night.  

You get the first access to properties, before the general public does

About 30% of the properties we purchase are never actually advertised for sale. These are generally known within the industry as "Silent Sales". We know where to find these ‘Silent Sales’.

Our Property Gurus have also spent a long time building personal relationships with Real Estate Agents, so that when properties come up for sale we have immediate access to these properties, well before the general public does. Think of it this way: Why would a Real Estate Agency spend time, effort & money advertising a property, putting up signs and window displays and holding “Open For Inspections”, when they could make one or two simple phone calls to their “contacts” (Buyers Agents and Investors) to gain a quick sale on a good property, before the owner has had any feedback from the market?

How annoying and frustrating is it to see the ‘right property’ for you just listed, only to find out it is already under contract? You think yourself “How can people work so quick, it hasn’t even had the first open home” – It’s usually us that’s done that!
